ASIA
 |
With every year, Asia’s
popularity as a vacation and travel destination grows be it with western
travelers or among Asians themselves.
Filled with breathtaking landscapes, awe inspiring monuments,
temples and other man-made wonders, gorgeous beaches,
stunning marine life, and a huge collection of flora and fauna,
all for a fraction of the cost of touring the West, it is not at all
surprising that Asia has become THE tourist destination for many travelers.
Every year, millions of travelers set of on their own unique Asian
adventure. Others want to see some of the world’s greatest monuments like
India’s Taj Mahal or the Great Wall of China while some are
enticed by the scenery: the breathtaking Himalayas and Mt. Everest
or the color filled coral reefs and lush jungles of South East Asia.
Others simply opt to relax or play water sports in the white sand beaches
of Bali and the Philippines.
And the best thing is nearly all these things are very affordable
even for the low-budget travelers, because most of Asia is greatly
inexpensive. Western money here gets more than in Africa or South
America. Because of this, Asia has in recent years become a favorite of
backpack travelers. Many cities and islands have developed a lively
international travel scene, attracting young adventurers from all over the
world.
